here's what you need to know
Following are some of the most frequently asked topics by new customers before they chose to partner with us.
Minimum Order Quantities
We are a bulk manufacturing company, and as such, we require that ordered items meet a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). The specific MOQ depends on the nature of the product, such as whether it is reusable or disposable. Generally, the MOQ is lower for technical or specialty items and higher for general items. In certain cases, such as when the product is available in our inventory, the MOQ requirement may be waived.
Payment Terms
For new customers, we operate on an advance payment basis. This advance can be split into two installments: the first at the time of ordering, and the second when the shipment is ready for dispatch. All payments and documents must be processed through the bank. Cash against documents or credit terms may be available later on in certain cases.
Sales Terms
Each order is handled individually, with pricing and delivery times provided in the proforma invoice, which may vary based on order specifics such as product type, quantity, and customization. All shipments are processed according to agreed delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.), and we ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, . Customization of products, packaging, or labeling is available upon request, subject to additional lead times and costs.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering the highest quality surgical instruments, backed by stringent quality assurance processes. All our products undergo rigorous testing to meet industry standards and regulatory compliance. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement. To process this replacement, the item must be returned to us for evaluation. Once the manufacturing fault is established, we will promptly replace the product at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction and long-term reliability of our instruments.

In addition, we take rigorous measures to process and neutralize harmful Ethylene Oxide (EO) gases before disposal, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Our dedication to sustainable practices reflects our long-term commitment to both the environment and ethical manufacturing.
Rust issues
Rust is one of the most common concerns in our industry, and we take proactive steps to minimize this risk. We start by using the highest-quality steel, followed by a thorough passivation process to create a protective layer against corrosion. Additionally, we use precise laser marking techniques that ensure the integrity of the instrument is maintained post-process. This multi-step approach results in durable, rust-resistant instruments that perform reliably, provided that proper post-operative cleaning procedures are followed by the clinical staff.
Our limitations
We do not directly participate in tenders or supply to general trading companies. Our focus is on bulk manufacturing, so we do not handle small quantity orders. Additionally, we do not coordinate or source items from other manufacturers, as we prioritize delivering only the products we manufacture to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency.
