Position Overview:

We are seeking a disciplined, high-integrity, and strategically minded Retired Army Officer to take complete ownership of our comprehensive physical security architecture and internal controls. The successful candidate will transition their military leadership, operational planning, and strict administrative discipline into a corporate manufacturing environment.

The core mission of this role is twofold: ensuring absolute physical security across our multi-acre facility and enforcing rigorous internal control systems to prevent material pilferage, streamline gate logistics, and maintain impeccable workforce discipline in alignment with global labor and social compliance standards (including SA 8000).

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Controls & Asset Protection

• Pilferage & Loss Prevention: Design, implement, and audit tight internal control checkpoints to completely eliminate the unauthorized movement or leakage of raw materials (stainless steel, specialized alloys), components, and finished goods across production phases.

• Material & Gate Logistics: Supervise inwards and outwards gate operations. Ensure strict verification protocols for all commercial vehicles, vendor deliveries, and contractor equipment entering or leaving the factory premises.

• Surveillance Management: Oversee the central CCTV control room. Establish behavioral and operational analytics protocols to proactively catch workflow bottlenecks, safety violations, or security breaches.

2. Guard Force Management & Physical Security

• Command & Training: Directly command, schedule, and evaluate the internal security guard force. Conduct regular physical drills, response training, and alertness assessments.

• Access Control: Maintain zero-compromise access management protocols for employees, visitors, international auditors, and clients across all main entry points and high-security zones (e.g., sterilization and cleanroom facilities).

3. Workforce Discipline & Compliance Support

• Discipline Enforcement: Partner closely with the HR department to monitor employee check-in/out patterns, prevent unauthorized loitering, and resolve workplace misconduct or behavioral grievances swiftly and firmly.

• Audit Readiness: Support facility alignment with international compliance bodies (SA 8000, ISO standards) by ensuring all emergency exits, fire-safety access lanes, and security logs are flawlessly maintained for unannounced inspections.
