We are committed to innovation, compliance, and digital transformation, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies for surgical and dental instruments.

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) with engaging and professional content.

  • Implement and optimize CRM systems for lead generation, customer nurturing, and analytics.

  • Leverage AI-driven tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and market research.

  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support OEM customer acquisition.

  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and market insights for senior management.

  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with global branding and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in marketing (minimum 3–5 years; surgical instruments or healthcare industry experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and customer journey management.

  • Skilled in AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, AI design/analytics) for marketing efficiency.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms and building brand presence.

  • Strong project management, creativity, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
