Production Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations at Dr. Frigz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining product quality, meeting delivery deadlines, and driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of supervisors and workers, coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance departments, and ensure compliance with international standards for surgical and dental instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet output targets

• Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, and safety

• Coordinate with planning, QA, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

• Lead and train production teams to maintain high performance and discipline

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices

• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports
